The Wellness Initiative Network wants YOU to have a sweaty study break!
The Hotbox Yoga Vancouver has generously offered to host an exclusive class for UBC med students, taught by the wonderful Emma Colling.
Never done yoga before? Practice every day? THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU!
The class is open to all levels and abilities, and is guaranteed to help with stress and open up your body after all that sitting and studying!
WHERE: The Hotbox Yoga Vancouver (3rd floor of 3313 Shrum Lane in Wesbrook Village)
WHEN: Saturday March 23rd (class starts at 6:30 but please arrive at 6:00/6:15 to ensure enough time to sign-in and get set up)
BRING: a mat (if you have one - rentals will be provided if you don't have one!), a towel for sweat, a water bottle, and some stretchy pants
